There’s a What on My Roof?

As a home inspector, I often make recommendations to my clients that they should remove or trim vegetation away from the house to prevent damage.  In this case, a small cactus was growing on the patio roof.  This is not the first time I have needed to recommend the removal of a cactus from the roof.
